We've had this router for 10 months and this week it no longer recognizes the internet. The weird thing is my internet light does not show red. Also when we hook up our old router it instantly connected, making me believe it's a problem with the router. Any ideas?
Could be the router went bad.
First power off and unplug both the modem and router, wait 10 min, plug in the modem, power on, wait a bit for the modem to make its connection, then plug in the router, then power it on and it should connect after a bit.
If not, try a factory reset on the router.
