Seems that when time is up and it is time to BLOCK the devices, it only blocks NEW connections, so if the child has a game open, voice chat or anything that keeps a connection open to a server via the internet, it will not close/stop those connections and you have to manually go to the device and select BLOCK (then unblock it) to force those connections down. It would be nice if there was an option to have this happen automatically when time is up!!

Am I missing something, or is there a better way of handling this?
