I have three X55 nodes installed at a small business. Many of the devices connected to both the primary and guest networks have the generic name of "phone". So far, the only devices with identifiable names seem to be laptops, desktops, and Android devices. Does Apple have a security feature that obscures the hostname? Or is there another explanation?

@kmontague Yes, this is a result of private wifi addresses feature in iOS.  See this page for more information. https://support.apple.com/en-us/102509

Disabling private wifi on your device for your network will allow the deco to resolve the device name.
