Hi, Just wondering when I set up my deco M5 what should I do with my old isp router? Dont want two networks in the house so should i just turn off the wifeless button on the isp router and leave everything to the deco? If I do I will still have a wired network to some devices? Best options and opinions gratefully recieved?
It is usually recommended to turn off the wifi of you isp router, and use only the wifi of the Deco.
If you decide to keep the wifi of your router, be sure to use distinct names for the two wifi networks.
If you want to connect some devices by wire to your isp router, it is probably better to configure the operation mode of the Deco as "access point".
As you do not describe your configuration, it is difficult to be more specific.
