Hi all, 

My TP link deco wifi has already been set up previously. 

I have bought a new phone and installed the app but when I log in I cannot see the connected device. 

It prompts me to set up the system again which I actually tried to do but failed. 

Has anyone any advice? 

 

Do I need to keep trying to set up the system, like it's a new install OR is there a way I can get my already connected system, recognised on the app?

Hi, did you log into the same email account that was used to set up Deco M9 Plus for the first time?

The Deco network configuration follows up with the TP-Link email ID.

If you are still having this issue, could you please leave me a message with the MAC address of the main Deco M9 Plus as well as the email ID that you have used to set up Deco?

  @CT42 i'm having this exact same problem. i manage two networks from this account and both are gone from the app after installing to a new phone. i have confirmed the login is correct (it's the only login i have for tp-link) and i can access the routers via web browser.

Hi, could you please leave me a message with the MAC address of the main Deco units on both networks?

Have you reset the password of the TP-Link email ID recently?

Is there a client side fix for this issue? New phone here and can no longer see connected devices or change any network settings. 
 

I'm logged in as the user who initially set up the network.
