Model: Archer AX73
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.12 Build 20231023 rel.42641(5553)

We have all tried to access the router directly to no avail. HTTPS access has also been disabled. All the suggested solutions do not work. Some may have worked in the past but updates to firmware have eliminated that. Tp-link has never answered any of the requests. I assume there is no good reason for that and I think for that reason that router should be  banned from the US market.

  @Rudi-F

Have you tried to factory reset the router (with the reset button) and start from scratch?

  @Rudi-F

I looked at your other posts.

Have you set the router up with two different wifi SSIDs?

Are the two SSIDs named differently?

Are you using the 2.4 SSID for the camera?

Are the wifi security settings the same as the old router?

Is the Ethernet line discounted when you are using the wifi connection?

On the camera, did you delete (forget) the network, then reestablish it?

When setting up the camera, are you on the same wifi SSID on your computer or device?
