  @Riley_S  Beta firmware installed with no issues.  OFDMA + MU-MIMO setting is working properly.

  @DVair @Riley_S

Only issue so far is with MLO with S24 ultra, i have it only with 5 and 6 Ghz bands, and there are constant dissconnections, being in MLO randomly the S24 ultra disconnects and goes to mobile data plan for like 3 or 4 seconds, then reconnects back to MLO wifi.

Other than that i haven't seen any other issue so far.

@Riley_S Only another thing found, seems that on this beta firmware, router runs a bit hotter than on the official one, checking the upper vents, are definitely hotter than before.

  @Riley_S I'm having the same issue with the ofdma+mu-mimo setting reverting to ofdma alone. When I try to update the firmware with that test firmware file you provided, it just stays on uploading 0% indefinitely. I'm trying to update it from my iPhone. I tried around 5-6 different browsers but every time it's the same. Is it not possible to update the firmware manually from an iPhone or?

Do you know how long before there'll be a public/stable firmware released (since I can't seem to install the test/beta firmware manually)?

  @Michael87,

I believe that the original firmware that was posted has since been officially given to models due to the other fixes and performance increases. Our team has provided another test firmware that will help with the mu-mimo setting being disabled with some devices:

BE800 v1: https://static.tp-link.com/upload/beta/2024/202404/20240418/BE800v1_1.99.97(1.1.1)_240417_userdebug.zip

Try that firmware to see if the OFMA and MU-MIMO behavior is resolved

  @Riley_S Any update from Engineers to release an official firmware with these fixes?

In order to now show "TP Link Beta" in the admin page via PC.

  @Betovanbuuren

I'm using the v1.1.1 beta FW on my BE800 too which the MU-MIMO can be enabled now.  However, I found the hostname in Client list are wrong, especially my 5 WiFi cams of the same brand which I put different cam names can be shown while the FWs v1.0.x, but now all 5 are shown the same other name which not those I defined and not the brand name.  My family's iPads & iPhones now all the hostname are Apple in the Client list of BE800 v1.1.1 beta FW.

I installed the Beta firmware for the archer be800 and it completely cut my Internet. It said it couldn't detect a wan connection. Tried rebooting but not fixed. Had to manually download the latest firmware version that has been publicly released and had to factory reset to fix it.

  @Riley_S The last official firmware that I already have installed has the issue with the MU-MIMO turning off. It appears to be dated 2024-02-27. When will the next official firmware be released that should fix the MU-MIMO issue?
