I'm not sure what the firm ware version is....where do I find it?

Why can't I connect to TP-LINK_31DB but TP-LINK_31DA_5G will connect on my TCL Smart phone?.I "forget" the 31DA_5G but I still can't connect to TP-LINK_31DB at all?

Can anyone help please?

go to advance, system tools, device info for the firmware.

Suspect the wifi mode or security settings are not compatible with your phone. Compare the two.
