Archer AX50, Googlefiber 1g up 1g down, Upload speed wont go over 30mb.

Already disconnected and reboot, duplex is at full 1000mb, QoS has been set to 999MB UL and 999MB DL, removed home security, connected the desktop to the modem and I get 1050mb dl and 1040mb UL,with the router in the middle only 30mb UL cables are cat 7 and cat 8 gold tip.

changed operation mode to access point and then back to router since as access point its not giving internet at all, had to do reconfig of everything (nest,smart bulbs and smart connectors, camera service.)

the customer support made a report to a higher service but all they send is copy paste on how to replace, I already told them I dont have my original receipt because my amazon account got hacked and they keep sending my the copy paste response on how to replace the unit, not even a single coma or a im sorry this is happening. maybe is just IA working now on CS.

before this I had spectrum and spectrum had 50mb up and thats what I was getting, not anymore...

anyone with this issue that could help me, customer service accepted the return, but it will take a few days to get here obvisouly I need my service, anyone with another Idea on how to update the Upload speed?
