Hello - need some advice.

I have four DECO BE10000 units. I will name them Main, #2, #3 and #4:

  • Main is connected to an internet modem.
  • Main is connection via ethernet to #2, #3 and #4,

Most of the time, everything is great.

But periodically, when I look at the DECO Android App, it reports that #2 of the remote BE10000 is unreachable. Then a few minutes later, it will report that #3 BE1000 is unreachable, as soon as #2 is back one line. Then a few minutes later, #3 will return back online, but #2 is again unreachable at the exact same time. A few minutes later the cycle seems to repeat. I am not sure how long this repeats. It eventually seems to clear somehow.

This cycle is not always between #2 and #3, but may involve #2 and #4, or #3 and #4. It never seems to involve Main.

Today I looked at the light on on the #2 and #3 as this occured and I do not see it breifly flashing like it was reset or power pulled and was rebooting.

It will continue this cycle for some time.

Today I powered off #2 and #3, the problem stopped, and everything returned to stable. No further repeat of this cycle in a few hours.

It does not do this all the time. Most of the time everything is stable. All devices up and stable.

Any ideas what might cause this cycling?

Thanks in advance.

  @FlameRed

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

Is the BE11000, Deco BE63?

Did you connect #2/3/4 via Ethernet cables to the main BE63 directly?

Or Would there be a network switch?  If yes, Can I have its model number?

Have you noticed the LED light on BE63 turn flashing red when Deco APP reports #2/3/4 were offline?

Or have you checked on the mobile devices that are connected to the specific Deco whether they can still access the internet service?

If possible, please also refer to this link to help me submit the APP logs:

Wait for your reply and best regards.

I have the BE10000.

Yes, #2, #3 and #4 are directly connected to the Main directly - not via a switch.

No, I did not see the LED light on BE63 turn flashing red or flashing green when Deco APP reports #2/3/4 were offline.

Next time this occurs, I will submit Deco APP logs.

Thank you!
