What is the recommended tp lik router for about $100-150 for fiber optic internet for at least 300 mega?

Almost any, I would suggest AX 3000 through 5400 depending on your budget and size of property.

My fiber (Planet Networks) uses POE (Power over Ethernet) so you need to get that information from your fiber optical supplier and configure the router accordingly.
