Not getting max up/down speeds from my router
I just installed the BE85 and I don't appear to be getting the max download/upload speeds that I have from my ISP.
i have 2gb fiber from ATT but when I do a speed check on my deco router through the deco app it maxes out at 952mb up and down.
the cable that runs from my modem to my deco base unit is plugged into the 10gb port.
I confirmed on my modem that I'm actually getting about 2.5gb down.
i went into QOS and adjusted the speed to 10000 but this hasn't helped.
Is there something else I need to try to get the full speed from my ISP?

Hi, did it help if the ATT modem is connected to the 2.5 GHz port on the BE85?
Please also make sure the Ethernet cable between the ATT modem and BE85 is CAT6 and above.
If the speed was capped at 952m/s again, could you please help me save the following speedtest screenshots so that I could forward your case to the engineers for further assistance?
- On the deco app it maxes out at 952mb up and down.

Thanks for your reply. I am using the cat6 cable supplied with the Deco BE85 router so this should not be the problem.
I tried plugging it into the 2.5 port, but I still get the same results. Below, please find the screenshots you were asking for. Thanks for your help.
