I recently added an additional mesh unit to my deco xe75  wifi network. Total units is now 4. In the app I get 2 errors. Couldn't not find deco unit and the app locks up looking for it. The second one is having trouble with cloud services error. Any help would be grateful

It is suggested to install the beta firmware here to see whether it helped or not:

And the current firmware of Deco XE75 Pro V2 supports customizing the signal source, if you noticed the satellite Deco didn't connect to the closest Deco unit, you could refer to this link to re-select the signal source:
