I updated my firmware and now have zero upload speed. DL runs at 650mbps. Modem unable wifi running normal speeds. Tried all forum solutions but can get and upload speed. Swapped cables etc.

A few things I can add that I would recommend trying, especially now that we know that you have an XE75:
- Try a different ethernet port for connecting your XE75 to your Modem
- If possible, please test the connection via a wired connection to the main node rather than over Wi-Fi. Also, try different speed test servers to ensure that it is not caused by something outside of your network.
- Does your ISP happen to be Verizon? We have seen very similar behaviors from their services before.
