Hello,

 

I updated my Deco X60 units to firmware 1.5.2 3 days ago. Since then my internet connection ceases to function after 9PM. The network/connection works fine throughout the day. Once 9PM hits, it stops working. 
 

I have repeatedly rebooted my entire Deco system, rebooted the Ethernet switch it's connected to, and rebooted the Fios modem. Nothing has resolved the issue. I had a parent control profile for my son, but I have deleted it and I still have this issue.

 

Fios is saying there is no outage. My direct next door neighbor also has Fios and has had zero problems. So this is an issue with either the Ethernet switch or the Deco system. 
 

How can I troubleshoot this issue? 
 

My Deco system is using 2 units. The second unit is hardwired via Ethernet. The worse part, the app says everything is fine.
