What is the purpose of the Flow Controlller function (Advanced--> LAN --> Flow Controller)? It has options for RX Enable and TX Enable. On my router TX Enable is set although I don't recall ever enabling this. I am tempted to disable both RX and TX.
Flow Control is a feature usually used in the business grade devices:
"With this option enabled, when a device gets overloaded it will send a PAUSE frame to notify the peer device to stop sending data for a specified period of time, thus avoiding the packet loss caused by congestion. By default, it is disabled."
So you can disable this feature - nothing to worry about.
