I have been trying to add a VPN Client (CyberGhost) to my router. I have gone through all of the steps on TpLink and CyberGhost websites. I've added VPN type (open vpn), user name and password. I've added the open vpn configuration file. After all of this the VPN is constantly displaying "connecting" and will not actually connect. Am I missing something?

Hi, Are you able to connect the CyberGhost VPN via the built-in VPN program on Windows using the same OpenVPN configuration file?

It is also suggested to refer to the suggestions here, such as changing the WAN DNS to 8.8.8.8.

Troubleshooting VPN Issues on Deco-Case 2. Work as the VPN Client.
