Deco XE75 Pro Constantly switches from 160mhz to 80mhz, devices show “Offline” in the app.
I'm using 3 XE75 Pro v2 and 1 XE75 Pro. The 160mhz keeps switching to 80mhz continuously all day, I'm no where near a airport, police station or anything related. Another issue is when I use the app I constantly see that one or more satellites is "offline" then a few seconds later it's back online. Please help me, thank you.

Hi, Thanks for the message.
There hasn't been a beta firmware for the bandwidth switching yet. I used to consult the engineer about the bandwidth switching mechanism, they explained once that Deco has to switch to the non-DFS channel when a radar-like signal is detected otherwise it violates the local Wi-Fi regulations.
So if you are not near an airport or anything related it might be something else causing it, like the satellite TV signal.
As for the offline issue, I wondered whether the bandwidth switch might somehow be related.
Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log: How to submit Deco APP log?
Did you see the satellite XE75 pro turn flashing red when they temporarily offline on the Deco APP?
Please try to fix the 5GHz to 80mhz to see whether it helps stabilize the satellite XE75 Pro.
Thank you again and best regards.

@David-TP I can't send the logs to support, I've tried restarting the APP but keep getting this error message.

@Jaymer - yeah, this issue is still unresolved and no response from TP-Link yet.

@ab007 it seems since I did a soft reboot one last time they seem to be back to normal and stable. I am using mine as an access point since as a router they are way to limited in features. I only seem to have issues when I use the app and look at them or specifically look at the client list for any length of time I seem to have issues. When the message was popping up about switching wifi channels it also showed my second deco offline which is hardwired and it showed all the clients on the main deco but the ones that were actually really still on the supposed offline deco it showed that they were hardwired on the main deco. Yet everything was still operating!
