Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: dont know

I was attempting to work with the Easy Smart Configuration Utilty.  I somehow changed the user name and password and cannot remember what they are  How do it reset the utility back to admin/admin?

TL-SG108 is an unmanaged switch which doesn't use Easy Smart Configuration Utility.

If you have a switch like TL-SG108E, which is an easy smart switch then reset the switch to its factory defaults (admin/admin):

b8c209e0d9314bb3a7f67cd6d7b9d8c0

After that you can re-configure the switch from scratch using the Easy Smart Configuration Utility.
