The first Ethernet port on my Deco router all of a sudden does not connect to the internet via my cable modem. The other ports do work so am not sure what the issue is here. Any clue how to resolve?
There is no difference between the ports other than the speeds of a multigig port. So you will have no problem using the other ports for now.
Have you tried to wire another device or deco node to the first ethernet port to see if the port is still able to transmit information.
