RE450 Range Extender and Tether App Issue
We have the RE450 range extender connected to our AC1750 Router. It was working great till this morning I started having issues with the AC1750. I factory reset it and reset up the internet. AC1750 is working fine now.
Ever since, I have been unable to connect the RE450 to the AC1750 with the new log in information. I reset the RE450, I reinstalled and uninstalled the app, and I tried plugging it in closer.
but when I get through the prompts (for setting up a new range extender since I reset it), it asks to create a new password and no matter what I do, it give me a failed pop up and then a Username or Password is incorrect. That doesn't make sense since I am setting up a new password.
any insight?
