Add Connection Preference to Deco X50-Outdoor

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.1 Build 20230105 Rel. 35925

Need to be able to select the signal source to X50 from Deco XE75 satellite instead of main.

Deco X50-outdoor indeed has a new firmware that supports connection preference.
