After updating firmware, I now loose WIFI connection with AX11000 (internet) every 30 days. Why?
Here we go (again), as I am now getting a total loss of WIFI internet connection (happening every once every 30 days) from my AX11000, after updating it to the latest firmware in April 2023, which is 1.3.2 Build 20221128 rel.45807(5553). The network name is shown, but none of the WIFI devices are able to connect to it. I am using WPA2/WPA3-Personal as my security for it.
As one can see by the screen-capture log, once a month, my WIFI devices suddenly loose connection to the AX11000 router and then when I manually reboot the router, I get super-slow speeds (circled in red). The only solution is to physically shut down both Verizon ONT, AX11000 router and then restart them 5 minutes later.
Why I know it’s an AX11000 issue is because although the WIFI devices loose connection, the internet on the only HARDWIRED (using CAT-6) computer continuous to work just fine and this was never happening with the previous FIRMWARE of AX11000, which I used for over 2 years. Again, please see the log as it goes back to 2022.
So, what might be happening every 30 days or so? I have not messed with any settings nor have I changed any hardware in the last year.
Just in case of no solution, am I able to go back to the previous firmware which never had this issue?
It would be: Archer AX11000(US)_V1.6_220221
Any and all help is much appreciated!
