signed up for the one year plan, got an error while trying to activate it, saying it might take up to 48 hours to activate; went online to chat, and the lady had no clue why it wasnt activating..
Any suggestions on what to do?

Well, checked this morning and home shield pro is not working again
same message "something has gone wrong, we are working to as fast as we can to fix it, blah blah blah"
I dont mind paying for a premium solution, but it needs to work most of the time, and this doesnt.
Any suggestions or any alternatives for me to try?
