Archer AX55 V1 Firmware 1.2.2 Build 20230511 dropping internet daily
Received a notification of new firmware and updated to 1.2.2 Build 20230511 5 days ago. Since then we have had loss of internet at the router 4 times over 4 days. In my troubleshooting I noticed that when I tried to login to the router to check status, it presented the login, accepted pass but would never load the interface. Speeds are normal and ping to router is 1ms so seems the connection is good. The problem seems to be at the router itself.
Has anyone else had a similar issue with connections since upgrading to this firmware? It is the only change that has been made and never had this issue prior. I wanted to get some input prior to reverting the firmware.

Update for June 8: Router has not dropped internet since I unplugged/waited/replugged the router to restore internet after router failed soon after beta firmware installed. I wrote engineer Noah that I wondered if power cycling after firmware install was required after firmware install for the problem solution.
I reported to engineer Noah that this beta firmware failed within 2 hours, required unplugging and plugging router to restore internet. Clients had all moved to the RE500X, but not connected to internet, router lights all green. Before I noticed internet failure, twice Tether said "login failed" to AX55, then AX55 showed as offline Cloud device shortly afterward./
@krystal1 Thank you very much for the feedback. Actually, we updated the beta firmware in my previously provided solution here, you may install this new version and monitor if the network is stable.

Can confirm the new beta version of V_1.2.2 still freezes my router.
Edit: Since I've been suffering with the router freezing out for 3 days now (1 day from the updated firmware from 8/6/23), this has been too much of a hassle and problem as it's been ruining my home security and smart home devices, and my gaming sessions, so i'll be moving back to my AX73, not gonna lie this has been really disappointing.

@andrewcburnard Yup it was, when i first updated to that firmware, it crashed within 5mins, figured it was nothing, restarted the router worked for the past 24hours, and suddenly froze again.
Edit: fixed typo.

@Kevin_Z I just attempted to install the second beta version, file name ax55v1-up-us-ver1-2-2-P1[20230606-rel71120]-1024_nosign_2023-06-07_11.10.49.bin, via VPN using Safari on my iMac. The installation seemed to go smoothly. How can I tell if the firmware version was actually changed? The login screen shows this text at the bottom...
Firmware Version: 1.2.2 Build 20230511 rel.51682(5553) Hardware Version: Archer AX55 v1.0
I think this text is the same as it was with the officially released version of 1.2.2.
Also, immediately after the firmware installation, the online duration was...
Online Duration: 4 Days 11 hours 4 minutes
Edited for grammar.
Additional information...
The system log does not indicate a download of firmware nor a reboot.
Was I supposed to do anything for a local update after clicking on UPDATE?
Edited for additional information.

I downgraded to 1.2.0 that evening after you posted the link to the direct download. The outages requiring router reboot have stopped and connection has been stable since then on 2.4 and 5ghz channels.
Don't think I will make any changes again until a new stable version is released. (And only if it provides any feature updates or stability improvements.)

@FredHyden If you upgrade and install the beta firmware successfully, it will display the firmware version as 1.2.2 Build 20230606 rel.71120. Could you please try again to upgrade the firmware in the local network of the AX55 once again? This will make sure you do it correctly.

@Atsukio Can you please check the firmware version displayed on the router web GUI, does it show 1.2.2 Build 20230606 rel.71120? Can we have a screenshot?
If you haven't tried the beta firmware, please give it a try and observe if it will help with the freeze or disconnect issue. Thank you.

@JimmyG333 I personally understand your choice. You may keep this 1.2.0 version and wait for the next stable release.

@Kevin_Z I've already reverted back to the 1.2.0 update, and moved my AX55 as the AP instead of the main router, though i can confirm that at least it was the beta firmware (since it was giant BETA backgrounds everywhere) and i hadn't had a beta firmware before, and had downloaded from this exact link from my download history https://static.tp-link.com/upload/beta/2023/202306/20230607/ax55v1-up-us-ver1-2-2-P1%5B20230606-rel71120%5D-1024_nosign_2023-06-07_11.10.49.bin.zip
