I am trying to update but it keeps saying "failed to download the firmware". I have tried rebooting the router. Not sure what else I can try?

First, Please Double Check the Hardware Version you have listed, as we don't have a support page currently available for an ax55 v2.
If you have a V1/1.6, you may always download the firmware from your product page and manually upgrade the firmware, this is also the most stable method.
You may also try to change the DNS server of your router to a common service such as Google or Cloudflare to see if this fixes the issue.
