I have a fully functioning network in my home. I am logged on to it and it shows up as available network but it doesn't appear in the deco app so I can not add a new item to the network..anybody got ideas how to solve this problem?
Hi, welcome to the community.
Would there be an error message on the Deco APP, like "we couldn't find Deco"?
If yes, it is suggested to have a look at this link:
We couldn't find Deco. Something wrong with the Cloud service
By the way, what is your current Deco APP version?
