im am running to a simmilar issue that the user "bmav25" was running into execpt when i turn off all bluetooth devices, plug in the dongle, and turn them back on it still says there is a driver error. the images in his thread are the same as mine. If anyone can help it would be great, thanks.

PS: the model in the description says its "UB500" buts it is only because there was no option for "UB400"

Hi, welcome to the community.

There are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Please unstable/remove UB400 from Windows settings>Devices.

2. Restart the computer once and wait for 2.-3 minutes.

3. Then plug the UB400 again.

Windows has a built-in driver for UB400, and normally it is not supposed to manually install any drivers.
