Model: Archer AXE75
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.6 Build 22021208 rel 72102

Windows 10 laptop (22H2, build 19045.2673) with Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 adapter

AXE75 (AXE5400) v1

Successfully set up, using Tether,  AXE75 router with 3 bands, All recognized and connected to a Chromebook. Using RE600X extender successfully on the Chromebook and phone. However, the above Win10 laptop can not see the AXE75 network but does see the ISP gateway wireless network. I can use ethernet connection to log in to the AXE75.

I did change the 2.4ghz router signal to only broadcast bgn. No change

I did a Win10 reset of "Network"

Looking for other suggestions to correct my issue. Thanks!

  @Doreps Solved my own problem.

When in Tether to assign the 2.4ghz band to bgn only, I failed insure I saved the changed. When I did, it took maybe 2 minutes max to save the change. Unbelievable I overlooked this.

So, my initial issue of the Win10 laptop not seeing the 2.4ghz band

   1. the wifi adapter could not handle an ax signal being mixed in with bgn
