Hi,  welcome to the community.

Do you mean the power of M4 has been turned off, or just the LED on the Deco has been turned off?

  • If  it is the LED, you could enable the LED under Deco APP>More>LED control
  • If it is the power, please refer to the following suggestions:

1. Plug into another wall socket.

2. Use the power adapter of another Deco.

3. Hole the reset pinhole at the bottom for one second.
