Blink sync module won't recognize Deco XE5300

My Blink sync module won't recognize the XE5300. It flashes "Blink-5W4C" is not connected to the internet. I've reset and moved it closer to another Deco unit with no success. How can I change Deco settings to allow the Blink to connect and be functional again? TIA

Hi, there are some suggestions for your reference:

1. turn off fast roaming and beamforming on the Deco APP>More>Advanced.

2. temporarily turn off 5ghz and leave 2.4ghz only.

3. also change the network security mode to WPA/WPA2.
