Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 20220407 Rel. 69854

I follow the instructions to connect GE oven PTS9200 to the internet.  My phone sees the device. When asked for the password for the internet, the Smart HQ says "sometning went wrong". Passwords were verified. Module and device passwords are were verified..

You could try to temporarily turn off 5ghz just for configuring the GE oven(turn it back after setup). then disable Fast roaming/Beamforming on the Deco APP>More>Advanced.
