Firmware Version: 1.0.3

Plugs have worked well for a month. Now Kasa reports some are off-line. All controls in Kasa still work, but command to Alexa works for only one of four. I soft reset them and rebooted my browser. Nothing has changed. Advice, please.

@amz1111 Buy another brand.

Yep, same here. Doesn't work with Alexa or Google Home. Says Not responding. Useless "support" responds with typical clueless copied and pasted scripts asking you to waste your time troubleshooting THEIR problem. Obviously another one of their overpaid, underbrained incompetent, lazy, millennial mor0n developers touched something again and screwed it up. Over a week now waiting for them to finish their Minecraft game so they can get back to work and fix it
