This sounds like a setting that is not playing well with your devices. Or the network channel is extremely crowded and the network os transitioning to another channel. It may be worth your time to make sure that your router is attempting to use uncrowded channels.
When the disconnect happens, what is the status of the LED lights on the router.
What ISP and router do you have for your network?
Does the disconnect happen at the same time to devices on both the 2.4 Ghz and 5Ghz networks?
When the disconnect occurs, is the SSID for the network still being broadcast? Meaning, can you still see your network in the list of available networks on your phone.
Try to disable the smart connect feature to see if this is causing issues with your devices refreshing their connections.
Next time the connectivity drops out try to find anything that looks unusual in the Router Logs.
