In the last 2 weeks my Archer AX11000 router, that was working perfectly until now, disabled the 3 wifi bands randomly, twice.
I had to connect to the router with an ethernet cable in order to change the settings.
How can this be happening? How can this be prevented?

I hope you have got some help or suggestions from our hotline or email service.
But if not, can you try to install the early release firmware on the router, then observe if the issue persists?
I am having this exact issue.
Firmware Version:
1.3.2 Build 20221128 rel.45807(5553)
Hardware Version:
Archer AX11000 v1.0
I go into my router and I see Wireless Radio: uncheck
I checked system logs and when you do it manually you get these logs:
2023-05-16 11:00:40 Wireless INFO [6246] Wireless band 5G-2 switch set off
2023-05-16 11:00:40 Wireless INFO [6246] Wireless band 5G switch set off
2023-05-16 11:00:40 Wireless INFO [6246] Wireless band 2.4G switch set off
But I am not seen any of these logs when the issue occurs.
