Hi, I bought 3 P9's and initially everything worked.

Then the two satelite ones stopped working but I seemed to have enough coverage through the 1 which had Ethernet connection so I didn't worry. I now would like to get the others working again. However no matter where I plug them in they just flash red a do not change.

I have looked at video setup etc and don't know how to reboot them ...

Please help.

Thanks

  @Andrewinventor,

I believe that the ethernet backhaul option does not work in tandem with the powerline backhaul, I believe that you first have to configure the nodes to work as a wireless system, and then the powerline will take effect.

Since we don't really know the status of the satellite nodes without a connection, and it isn't hooking to the existing network over Wi-Fi. I would recommend resetting the disconnected nodes and reconfigure/add them to the network as wireless nodes. You can reset the Deco P9 nodes by holding the Reset Button on the bottom for 1 Second, the light should change to indicate that the unit is resetting.

After the unit has reconnected to your mesh network. See if the Powerline Backhaul takes effect after a few minutes, if not, I would recommend unplugging and plugging back in the main Deco Node, as this is the node that is distributing the connection throughout your house. Also, make sure that your outlets are on the same circuit as there are many factors that prevent powerline connections from working when they have to pass through a breaker box.
