Hi There,

I've succesfully set up the 3 x Mesh Deco. The signal is great. I have just had some loss of conenctivitiy with red blinking lights. This has now stopped. I restarted one of the Meshes not plugged into the router.

I have a Virgin Media Hub 3. The only thing I did was turn it on modem mode. Nothing else. Logs attached below:

It now looks to be working again, but I'm a little concerned this may occur again. Would anyone have a clue as to what caused it? Could be Virgin Media itself perhaps - There are no known issues in the area, however.

Many thanks,
Chris

  @Chris-R,

Let me know if the issue persists, as you are just setting up the mesh system, this behavior may have been a result of the devices optimizing their connection between each other. When you were experiencing the blinking red lights, were you able to tell if the internet dropped out on the main router? Did the wired satellite units lose connection?

Was the Red Blinking Light only on the one satellite unit? This would indicate that the satellite unit simply disconnected from the mesh and was searching fo a method to reconnect to the network.

  @Riley_S Thanks for the reply.

I noticed the two decos downstairs were blinking red. I didn't check the router connected one a lot. Never saw it blinking, though I might have missed it.

Heres the logs from my virgin router. The issue occurred around 11:00am - 1pm I think;

It's been fine the rest of the day & evening. I wonder if reconnecting the 1 satellite deco helped fix it? Thanks
