If you give more information about what your network setup looks like and what devices you are trying to connect, and what speeds they receive. If these are PCs I would first navigate into the Network Adapter Settings and Ensure that the connection is not capped at 100Mb/s because of a cable or bad connection

@Riley_S One computer si able to connect to more than 500mbps download. while the rest are under 200mbps download and with significantly lower upload speed under 100mbps.
Laptop is getting teh lower speed and i tried the main cable that connects to from the main router (cable that goes to the WAn port of AX1800) and it is able to get the appropriate speed.
Cables are tested/used to the main router and able to get the correct speed however on teh AX1800 only 1 computer is getting the 500mbps speed. i can send image and video if needed. im not able to attach any image on this message.

If the speeds are different using the same ports and cables, it is definitely a setting on the PCs that is affecting how the router and PC are communicating. Most often, issues like this result from the ethernet ports being set to auto-negotiate, and it automatically negotiates to a lower speed. This negotiation setting can also be manually set on both the PC and router.
To check on your PC, you will have to navigate into the Network Adapter Settings and See what the Link Speed is Listed as. If it is lesser than expected, you can force this setting in the control panel to 1000mbps Full Duplex.
This should give a good first idea if this is a feature or hardware issue causing the slowdowns.
