Double Check what Hardware Version you're router is, you market v1 while the router (probably misread) says 1.2 - There should be a sticker with the version number on the bottom of the router. The Client VPN Option is only available on some models of our routers, the extensive list can be found here: Router Models that Support VPN Client

If you have a V1 Router, the client VPN is not a feature that is available. More information about the feature and supported models can be found in the link above.
