My husband was adding another electeonic device to our shelf and unplugged the router and modem to put everything into a power strip. 

 

I got home and our internet was not working, deco showed solid red. I unplugged the modem again, unplugged the router, plugged them back in. The router came back solid red again.

 

I reset both of the Decos. Still red.

 

I deleted our network on the Deco app. Still red.

 

I plugged my computer directly into the modem to ensure no issues from ISP. 

 

Please help.

Hi, what is this new electronic device? Since it was the only change, would temporarily powering it off get Deco X68 back online?

And is this device physically connected to the main Deco via WiFi or cable?

  @David-TP he was installing a camera system and just needed a place to plug it into an outlet. It is not plugged into the Deco at all.
