Your "help" is no help
what is "unhide"?
505X is within 2 feet of modem
where is "WPS BUTTON" on xfinity modem?
all lights on 505X are blue except for "2.4G"

If the 5Ghz LED light is ON but 2.4Ghz Led is off on the range extender, the RE has successfully connected to 5Ghz Wi-Fi band of routers and you should have internet from the extender's Wi-Fi network.
To link 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi, you could try a factory reset on the range extender and reinstall it. WPS button is not a necessary way to set up your range extender, you could try to install RE from its web page or Tether app.
