The MAC address of a device is an address that is tied to the physical hardware in the device and cannot be changed in the settings. If you cannot find the IP address for your switch, you can try to access tplinkwifi.net after connecting to the network.
If you need to restore the device to its factory default settings to either connect or configure the router, While the device is powered on, you can use a pin to press and hold the RESET button until all the LEDs turn off. then release the button.

@Andrew-B The best you will likely be able to do, is clone your PCs MAC address using the setting in the web GUI under network settings. It is possible to spoof your PCs MAC address so that you can effectively change the MAC address that way and clone the spoofed MAC as described. Just Google how to change MAC address in Windows. It is pretty straight forward.
