Poor signal strength for doorbell camera
My house is 1600 square feet. The Deco AXE5300 I bought at Costco is supposed to cover a 7200 square foot house. It does not. My wireless doorbell camera looses video all the time because of a weak WiFi signal. My house has stucco walls. The Deco unit the doorbell camera is connected to is 15ft away. How do I fix this? Add a WiFi extender or another Deco unit?
How do I find out the hardware version of my Decos?

Hi, the hardware version could be found on the bottom of the product label.
As for the disconnection, may I know the model number of your video camera?
How do you figure out the disconnection was caused by the weak signal since 15ft is not far away?
If you stand next to the camera and connect the smartphone to Deco XE5300, how about the signal strength on the mobile phone?
If possible, please also enable the guest network for 2.4gh and turn off the "Mesh Technology" to see whether it improved the stability.
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

The hardware version is 1.6.
The doorbell camera is made by Simplisafe. They only make one model.
When I run the Simplisafe connection check for the doorbell camera I get poor results (see below).
I also get "lost connection" error messages when trying to watch videos recorded by the doorbell camera.
There is no Guest Network" option in my Deco app. I did disable the Mesh Technology for the doorbell camera a few days ago. That has not helped. When looking at the connection settings the doorbell camera is connecting at 2.4GHz.
