My wi-fi router doesn't not connect to the internet modem, but instead I get an Orange light above the internet sign either solid or flashing?

If the internet LED on the router is orange when connecting to the modem, it probably fails to get a valid IP address to connect to the internet. It's suggested to go through the troubleshooting suggestions in the following FAQ to make it work:

What should I do if I cannot access the internet through Wi-Fi router?

 

If the issue persists, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

1. Who is your ISP? Do you still have internet access if you connect the computer directly to the ISP modem?

2. Try to reset the Archer C54 to factory defaults and reconfigure it to check if it can connect to the internet.
