Unable to connect TL-WR841N rounter wifi to my Windows 10 computer

I bought a TL-WR841N WiFi adapter but cannot connect to my router WiFi. (TL-WR841N V14-00000014)

I can use my router WiFi on mobile but cannot connect to my windows 10 computer.

Please note: I can connect my mobile internet to my windows 10 computer but cannot connect my router WiFi.
