O roteador perde acesso quando alterado a conexão  em PPPOE, via gerenciamento remoto.

Do you mean you remotely change the WAN connection type to PPPoE, and it loses the internet connection? Be sure the WAN connection type should be determined by your ISP or modem, you cannot change it as you like. If your ISP or modem requires a static IP or Dynamic IP, you cannot use PPPoE.

 

If your ISP does require PPPoE connection, we suggest you set up the internet locally just in case you failed to build up the internet connection when configuring. Below is the guide to configure PPPoE on the router:
