My new ax 11000 router was set up yesterday but I phone will not see both 5g wifi options

I installed the router yesterday, first time. It seems that the iphone will not pick up or see the two 5g wifi options? I believe they were picked up yesterday. 5g 1 and 2 are enabled. Smart connect is not enabled. Thank you for the assist.
If you are sure that you did not set to hide the SSIDs of the 5Ghz networks, then I would simply start with a reboot. Do any of your other devices detect the networks?
Also, If all the SSIDs are still the same, your phone will still combine the networks into one in your network selection screen.
To see which of the channel bands are currently functional, there are icons at the top of the Web UI for the router that indicate the status of the networks.
Lastly, I do not know if there is a difference, but there is an additional area under the advanced tab in which you have the same options to enable and disable networks.
