Hello   @Saad659

thank you for the detailed post.

  • Confirm the powerline units are under the same powerline circuit/ the same power meter.
  • Please refer to instruction and remove the factors that may affect the powerline rate:

What can I do if my powerline rate is very low?

  • Please try a different wall outlet or a different room for the powerline extender  and test speed , this is to  check if it is affected by power line environment in that room.

If still the same, please download tpPLC Utility and check what is the powerline rate between 2 powerline units, may I know the speedtest result and  WiFI/ WIrelink speed on that device?

@Saad659  Please read this post for the powerline part with all responses: https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/204238 This is not for the WLAN part.

Here you find pib files https://www.dropbox.com/sh/hvl9jx1bj82xpne/AACdnHJIMq1ZD9gkHDlB_ykoa?dl=0 . But you can as well save your pib file the following way: https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/553172?replyId=1101924
