Deco M5 and E4 only shows 5ghz on signal source
Hi!
Both my Deco M5 and E4 shows their signal source as 5 GHz and not 2.4 GHz/5 GHz. How do I fix this. Please see below screenshot.

@LudsuC Thank you very much for your feedback.
I see there are several Deco M5 and E4 under your TP-Link email ID and Did all of them only show 5ghz backhaul?
And do you have any issues with the 2.4ghz wireless radios on mobile devices?
By the way, if you move these two units much closer to the main Deco, will they display 2.4ghz/5ghz?
Best regards.

Thank you for the update and sorry for the delay.
May I know how long have you had the Deco and when did this issue start?
I think there might be something wrong with the Hallway Deco M5 and Roof Deck M4 is linked to Hallway, which made its 2.4ghz broken as well.
Have you tried to hardware reset the Hallway Deco M5 once and see if there is any difference?
And I see it is on the first edition of the 1.6.0 beta, would you mind trying to update it to the third edition here to see whether it helped?
Best regards.

Thanks for your reply. I've updated the Deco M5 to it's latest firmware but the issue still persist as per the Roof Deck deco satellite I've already tried to connect it to the main deco which is the Deco X60 but issue still persist.

Thank you very much for the update.
In this way, have you tried to factory reset these two Deco units to see whether it made any difference?
And may I know how long have you had these two units?
Please refer to the private message for further suggestions.
Best regards.
