I just got a brand new deco m4 and I unplugged it once to love it to another location and I tried to reconnect it and it either flashes a really dim red light or no light at all and it will make a constant low beeping sound.
Is there a way to fix this ?
I am not sure. It sounds like the unit was damaged. If its making a noise and only a faint light I would assume a power concern. I would recommend reaching out to support directly to address a possible RMA need. Support can be reached at 1-866-225-8139
Hi, since there is no update and the engineers are quite concerned about your case, are you still having the same issue?
And I noticed your firmware is 2.5.1 build 20210922, is your Deco given by the internet service provider?
